TUITION & RE-ENROLLMENT INFORMATION FOR 2025-2026 |

November 30 – all FACTS Grant & Aid applications must be submitted on or before this date to be considered for tuition assistance for the 2025-2026 school year. Make sure to log in from the Facts Family Portal > Financial to apply.

January 6 – Tuition assistance award decisions sent to families on or before this date. Please note: if your family does not receive adequate tuition assistance to continue for the 2025-2026 school year, you must complete the Withdrawal Form HERE to avoid the January 10 down payment charge.
- January 10 – a $750 non-refundable down payment for each student will be debited from the payment method on file with FACTS. This secures your child’s spot for next school year.

January 31 – Deadline to withdraw from continuous re-enrollment. Complete the Withdrawal Form HERE to avoid being placed under contract for the 2025-2026 school year.

February 1 – Re-enrollment and tuition contracts for 2025-2026 school year finalized. This contract requires you to fulfill the financial obligations of the tuition agreement.

READATHON STARTS MONDAY! | Readathon is a schoolwide fundraising campaign for Tuition Assistance AND a season of friendly grade-level and house competitions all centered on reading and service. Families will receive an email tomorrow about how to join! |

FALCON FAMILIES REVEALED! | Our cherished “Falcon Friends” program has grown to families! Falcon Families are small groups of Grammar and L/R students meant to create schoolwide community and stay together throughout their time at Live Oak. Families meet for the first time Friday, November 15 at Readathon Day for a fun competition! To make this event a success, we need parent volunteers. Click to help out:

Grammar School – Storybook Character Day: Dress as a character from one of your favorite books. Characters from classical literature, fables, IR books, and other beloved tales are especially encouraged.

GRAMMAR COAT & BLANKET DRIVE | NOVEMBER 11-22 | Our Grammar 1 students will collect your gently used and new coats, jackets, blankets, gloves, mittens, and hats, and newly purchased socks to donate to the Salvation Army starting Monday. This is a Grammar house competition so please deliver items to the appropriate House tables in the Grammar School hallways. Good luck and let the donating begin! |

| FACULTY SPOTLIGHT | MIKE MCGUIRE |
Mike McGuire grew up in Colorado, where he served as a youth pastor for ten years. He moved to Waco and married his now wife Dr. Breez McGuire and became stepfather to Malachi and Asher, who attend Live Oak. He has a heart for teaching the Bible and encouraging others to grow in their relationship with Jesus. He graduated from Ozark Christian College with a degree in Biblical Studies. He was formerly the L/R Office Manager and is honored to be the Bible and Logic teacher for L1 and L2 students, L3 Advisory Leader, and the House of Dante Leader this year. Mr. McGuire is delighted to be a part of the Live Oak community and support the mission, as a faculty member and parent.
