FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL | AUGUST 14, 2025 |
CARLINE & SCHEDULE REMINDERS |
Parents, thank you for your patience and punctuality on this first school day! You all did a wonderful job adjusting to the 8:00 AM start time and shuffling to multiple drop-off locations. Here are some additional tips and reminders to make morning and afternoon schedules run smoothly: | |
GRAMMAR DROP-OFF | At least for the first few weeks of school, parents with kids at the Grammar School and Cottages should plan to drop at the Cottages FIRST and then the Grammar School to help relieve congestion in the dual L/R and Cottage drop off line along 4th Street.
L/R DROP-OFF | Parents and students walking into school are NOT permitted to use the 5th street gate for entry. This is both a safety and traffic issue – thank you for your cooperation! |
SCHOOL DISMISSAL | Dismissal times are the same as previous years: JK/Kindergarten @ 3:05 PM, Grammar 1-6 @ 3:25 PM, and Logic & Rhetoric @ 3:47 PM. Grammar students picked up after 3:45 and L/R students picked up after 4:00 PM will be sent to aftercare and parents will incur a charge on their FACTS account. |

FALCON FEATURES & FINAL THOUGHTS |
As we begin a new year, join us in praying Philippians 2:1-4 over our school community:
” Therefore if you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any common sharing in the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind. Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.” – Philippians 2:1-4
