Celebrating The Ultimate Creator
Fine arts are a vital part of Live Oak Classical School, where we believe that pursuing the arts encourages our students to seek wholeheartedly after the Source of all truth, goodness, and beauty. Students who participate in the arts develop self-discipline, a desire for excellence, creativity and imagination, confidence, and a deep and lasting appreciation for beauty.
In the Grammar School, all students enjoy music and art as part of the core curriculum. From singing in choir and learning the fundamentals of art to participating in plays, they experience delight and wonder of the world around them, learning to use their unique voices to glorify their Creator.
In the Logic & Rhetoric Schools, students build upon this strong foundation by choosing from an array of fine arts electives. Along with participation in high school musicals and plays and choir concerts throughout the year, there are numerous opportunities to perform and participate in local and state competitions.
