For The Glory Of God A distinctive Christ-centered education
Fine Arts

Fine Arts

Fine arts are a vital part of Live Oak Classical School, where we believe that pursuing the arts encourages our students to seek wholeheartedly after the Source of all truth, goodness, and beauty. Students who participate in visual and performing arts have the opportunity to develop self-discipline, a desire for excellence, creativity and imagination, confidence, and a deep and lasting appreciation for beauty.

In the Grammar school, all students enjoy music and art as an integral part of the core curriculum. From singing in choir to participating in plays, they experience the delight and wonder of the world around them, learning to use their unique voices to glorify their Creator.

In the Logic and Rhetoric school, students have the freedom to build upon that strong foundation in the arts, and may choose from a wide variety of exceptional fine arts electives. Along with participation in our school-wide Fine Arts Night and special chapel services throughout the year, there are numerous opportunities to perform and participate in local and state competitions.
