The Live Oak admissions process is for interested applicants to the Grammar School (Junior Kindergarten – grade 6), Logic School (grades 7 – 9), and Rhetoric School (grades 10 – 12). Our admissions process is designed to be inclusive of families who strongly desire a classical Christian education.
- Prospective families start by filling out an Inquiry Form by clicking HERE. Families will then be contacted to set up a campus tour by our Admissions team. Tours are given by appointment on Monday through Thursdays and typically last about an hour.
- Complete an Online Application. A $100 non-refundable application fee is required once the application is submitted.
- Students in Grammar 3 through Grammar 6 are recommended to shadow a student for a school day. Logic students are required to shadow a day if applying during the school year.
- Once the Online Application is completed, a grade specific readiness assessment will be scheduled by our admissions team. Students will be interviewed at the time of placement testing.
- After completing all the above requirements, applicants will be scheduled for a parent interview with a member of the administration.
- You will receive notification of admissions status after careful consideration by the Admissions Committee, usually within two weeks of the family interview.
