The Admissions Policy

The student body of Live Oak will be chosen through a formal application process. Prospective students may apply online. A grade-specific readiness assessment will be administered to each prospective student, followed by an interview and family dialogue to ensure the compatibility of the school’s educational philosophy for each child. Students of average to above average academic success are best suited to match the school’s pace. Live Oak encourages cultural and ethnic diversity. Live Oak will admit students of any race, gender, disability, national, or ethnic origin and will not discriminate in the administration of its educational policies or school administered programs.

Please schedule a tour with our Admissions Coordinator to get a glimpse of the Live Oak experience, and to learn why we think a classical, Christian education is valuable.

To schedule a visit, contact the Grammar Office at 714-1007. We encourage parents to visit starting in October.  Tours are scheduled by appointment on Monday through Thursday at 9:30 am, and typically last about an hour. The initial tour is best without children.
