Celebrating Our 20th Anniversary

Join us in "roaring fashion" as we celebrate our 20th Anniversary and raise funds to promote our school’s mission. We can't wait to celebrate our storied history and continue cultivating a culture of giving with you and our entire school community!

Community & Corporate Sponsorships

Your sponsorship helps to support school programs and make a Live Oak education accessible for more families in our community. In addition to corporate sponsorship opportunities to promote your business to the Live Oak community, we are seeking community sponsorships gifted by individuals and families.

We are seeking in-kind item donations for our live and silent auction! Specifically, we are seeking:

Beach/Mountain/Lake/International Vacation Homes
Ranches/Hunts/Fishing Expeditions
Sporting Event/Concert Tickets
Experiences and Excursions
Golf Packages
Luxury and Boutique Items
Wine & Spirits

* In-kind item donations with a retail value of $1,000 or above may receive sponsorship benefits. Donation forms must be complete by Friday, April 5.

Volunteers

We also need a community of volunteers to make this event a success - and it's a great way to get your family volunteer hours! Specifically, the Advancement Team is seeking volunteers to assist with:

publicizing the event to our community of families
collecting item donations for the auction
event logistics and day-of event volunteers (to assist with check-in, etc.)
